Your family members know you better than anyone else. May be you are suffering from bad credit due to some problem, but they will know that you will pay back the loan. In such a situation, they can offer you a loan at a better interest rate and flexible terms. They may not check your credit before giving you the loan. However, to make sure that your personal relationships are safe, you should formally sign a loan agreement with them. This agreement should clearly mention the terms and conditions of the deal.
